If using a wired microphone check the jack 

plug is inserted fully. 

Audio file from USB or TF card 

won’t play

 

1.

 

Check that the format of the audio file is 

compatible with the speaker. 

2.

 

Check that the USB or TF device is inserted 

correctly in the speaker. 

3.

 

Check the master volume control is turned 

up. 

4.

 

Try removing the media and resetting the 

speaker. 

The speaker won’t turn on

 

1.

 

Check that the battery is charged or that the 

power supply is connected and switched on. 

Cannot connect to a Bluetooth device 

1.

 

Check that the transmitting device is set to 

pairing mode. 

2.

 

Check that the speaker and transmitting 

device are within 10m of each other and
