3. PARTIAL WAIVER OF
WARRANTIES:
Statutory or other warranties,
including, but not limited to any implied
warranty of marketability or fitness for
a particular use, are hereby waived to
the fullest extend permitted by law.
4. WHAT QOOBEX WILL DO:
QOOBEX will, at its sole option, either
repair, replace or refund the purchase
price of any unit that damage or defect
of which is covered under this limited
warranty. QOOBEX may choose at its
option to use functionally equivalent
re-conditioned, refurbished or new
units or parts or any units. In addition,
QOOBEX will not re-install or back-
up any data, applications or software
