is within the maximum Bluetooth
range (6 m). If the above methods
do not solve the problem, please
contact the service center.
• The connection isn’t established
after connecting the Q phone to
the computer: Make sure that
the USB cable is compatible with
your Q phone. Make sure that the
appropriate driver is installed on
your computer and that the driver
has been updated.
