You can load new help videos using an SD Card.

Master Code Access
1- Select whether
you want to copy
videos onto your
panel (adding them
to other available
videos) or replace all
existing videos with
new ones.
2- Choose the videos
you want to put on
the panel by checking
the boxes next to the
video name
3- Click “OK” to continue. Once
complete, the video will appear in
your video library
Note: Videos must be MOV, MP4, or M4V format,
under 200mb total, and look best when in a
800x350 aspect ratio
