Reboot your NAS with the command:

Connect the NAS to your switch or router and use the QNAP Finder to find the NAS.    If 
the NAS can be connected, you may turn off the NAS, install the hard drives, and turn 
on the NAS to configure the system again.   

 
What should I do if the startup problem persists? 
If the startup problem persists, please return the NAS to your local distributor or reseller for 
system repair immediately.
