Printing Your Files
-E
modulename
Identifies the end-of-page module. You may create
a PostScript module which will be executed after
each page is formatted. Because of PostScript’s
opaque paint imaging model, marks laid down by
this module may overwrite the page text. Possible
uses might be to draw borders around each page,
print a company logo, or print a custom page
header.
-F
font
Selects the body font (the PostScript font, resident
or downloaded, to be used for the main body of
text.
-f
font
Selects the header font.
-G
size
Sets the page size.

The default margins are based on the page size.

Selects landscape orientation. The default is
portrait.

xdist
Sets the body left margin (in decipoints). The main
text begins printing at this distance from the left
edge of the page. The default is 0.75" (540
decipoints).
-lh
xdist
Sets the header left margin. The header time and
date are printed at this distance from the left edge
of the paper. The default is 0.5" (360 decipoints).
