Using the Call Home Message Queue
Use the Call Home Message Queue dialog box (
) to access the logged
call home statistics. Click
Update Stats
to refresh with the most recent switch Call
Home information. Click
Clear Queue
to clear the current statistics.

Testing Call Home Profiles
Use the Call Home Test Profile dialog box (
) to test the Call Home
parameters currently configured. Select one or more profiles on the window, and
click
Test
. To display the Call Home Test Profile dialog box, on the
Switch
menu,
click
Call Home
, and click
Test Profile
.
