Assembly
Mounting the brake pedal
f
Tilt the cabin backwards and place it on its roof surface. This makes the lower cabin frame acces-
sible for installation.
f
Loosen the screws on the brake pedal holder of the axle
using a size 4 hex key.
f
Insert the brake pedal into the receptacle.
f
Fix the previously loosened screws.
Wheel mount assembly
f
Place the black spacer disc from the mounting kit on the
side wheel mount and align the holes over the boreholes.
f
Repeat the process on the other side.
f
Use the size 4 hex key to screw the screws from the
mounting kit into the wheel mount.
f
Repeat the process on the other side.
Installing the wheel guard and the leaf spring cover
The wheel guard on both sides of the cabin prevents the wheels from getting stuck on pillars or similar
obstacles. The leaf spring covers serve as protection against bruises.
f
Make sure that the slide covers for the wheel guard and leaf spring cover are fixed and tightened
on both sides.
f
Slide the wheel guard onto the slide holder as shown in
the picture.
f
Be sure that the fixing mechanism locks audibly.
f
Repeat the procedure on the other side of the trailer.
