SETTING THE DATE
1. Slide the function switch ( 5 ) to the “DATE. SET” position.
2. Press the year button ( 4 ) to advance the display to the correct year.
3. Press the month button ( 1 ) to advance the display to the correct month.
4. Press the date button ( 2 ) to advance the display to the correct date.
ACTIVATING THE ALARM AND SNOOZE
1. Slide the function switch ( 6 ) to the “AL-ON” (alarm on) position. The alarm symbol
( ) will appear on the display.
2. The alarm will activate at the pre set time and sound for 60 seconds.
3. When the alarm activates you may press the snooze / light button ( 3 ). The alarm will
stop and activate again after approximately 5 minutes. This may be repeated over
and over again.
4. Slide the function switch ( 6 ) to the “AL-OFF” (alarm off) position to shut off the alarm.
DISPLAY FORMAT
1. Press the format button ( 4 ) to either the 12 hour or 24 hour format.
DISPLAY LIGHT
1. To activate the display light, press the snooze/light button (3).
SMART LITE
1. This clock incorporates new technology called SMART LITE. In dark environment or
when the sensor ( 7 ) is covered, the display will stay illuminated. In bright
environment, the display light will shut off.
MAINTENANCE
The batteries should be replaced if the display or alarm becomes weak or
dysfunctional. Store the clock without the batteries when not in use. A soft cloth or a
paper towel may be used to clean your clock. Do not use any corrosive cleanser or
chemical solutions on the clock. Keep the clock clean and dry to avoid any problems.
