POSSIBLE REASONS
SOLUTION
Pump does not run
(Motor does not rotate)
1. Lack of electricity.
2. Plug incorrectly inserted.
3. Wrong electrical connection
4. Circuit breaker tripped
5. Fuses blown
6. Float blocked.
7. Activation of thermal protection (single-
phase).
8. Activation of the dry run protection
system.
1. Check the electricity line meter.
2. Check the electrical connection.
3. Check the terminal panel and the electrical
panel.
4. Reset the circuit breaker.
5. Replace the fuses.
6. Verify that the float reaches the ON level.
7. Check power line voltage.
8. Check water level and correct connection
of devices.
Pump does not run
(Motor rotates)
1. Voltage drop on the power line.
2. Clogged suction filter.
3. Foot valve closed.
4. Pump does not fill.
5. Water level low.
6. Pump is empty.
7. Pressure too low.
1. Wait for reset.
2. Clean the filter.
3. Unblock or clean the valve and check
operation.
4. Fill it up.
5. Reset the water level.
6. Prime the pump. Check delivery check
valve.
7. Partially close the outlet.
Pump works
(low flow)
1. Installation with small cross-section.
2. Installation dirty.
3. Water level too low.
4. Error in the direction of rotation.
5. Error in the supply voltage.
6. Leakage in the tubes.
7. High pressure.
1. Check installation
2. Clean pipes, valves, filters.
3. Stop pump or submerge foot valve.
4. Reverse two phases.
5. Supply the pump with the voltage indicated
on the nameplate.
6. Check the seals.
7. Check the valve seal. Check diameter and
flow rate. Possible insufficient installation.
