The following items are displayed:
Headline: device serial number, calibration date, firmware version
Data line: current irradiance, temperature of irradiance reference cell, temperature of module back surface
(optional), voltage at power measurement input.
Sensor line: here the currently selected irradiance reference sensor is displayed and can be changed.
Bottom line: Current time/date, buttons “Info”, “Archive”, “PC” and “New measurement”.
Lamps on front panel:
State of charge
(3 color LED)
Lead-Acid battery
Red: battery discharged (charge at once!)
Green: battery ready
Yellow: battery charged completely *)

Lights up, when an external power supply is connected, the internal battery will be charged automatically.
*) If the LED alternates between green and yellow steadily the battery is trickel charged.
The PVPM reports several system conditions, functions and errors by speaker signals. A list of signals you will
find in the appendix.
6.9 Buttons
Possible actions will be displayed as buttons, which show a symbol according to the action, for example a PC for
the transfer between PVPM and PC.
Info: displays an overview about the buttons
Change: here you can select a different value
New I-V-curve measurement, displays submenu
Retrieve measurement data from archive
Connection to PC („Transfer“)
Start I-V-measurement now
General: abort, cancel funktion
