Insert a clevis pin through the hole of the
connecting point located next to the leg
inserts at the middle of the frame. Secure it
with a cotter pin. Do this on each side of
the frame.

Insert a long bolt through the hole in
the middle of the hinge of the frame.
Secure the end of the long bolt with a
washer and a nut.
Tighten the bolts with the box wrenches
provided.
