During this time, the following steps

way until it flashes, then release

Connect power cable to gateway
Start learning mode on the gateway:

the gateway

Radio group is extended
Gateway is defective
Remedy:

If it was possible to establish the
connection to the gateway, but the
measures cited above do not func-
tion, contact customer support (see
chapter 11.2 “Customer support“
on page 46”)

Replace defective gateway (see
chapter 4 “Commissioning and
setting up“ on page 16)

Dispose of the old device (see chap-
ter 10.1 “Disposal“ on page 45)
