ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

(1F) Straight Bar (Female)

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS: 

Step 1 

Connect Straight Bar (Male) (1M) by sliding in 

Straight Bar (Female) (1F) and allowing push pin to 

click into place. 

Step 2 

Attach the Curved Bar (2) to the assembled straight bar 

as shown, using 2x Bolts (4), 2x Washers (6) 2x Nut Caps

WARNING/ADVERTENCIA

This product is to be used on a sturdy wall frame with a minimum width 

of 27 .56" to a maximum width of 32. 71"and a minimum depth of 3.5" to 

a maximum depth of 6.75"

Do not set up in a door frame out of this 

range, and ensure both sides of cross bar and plastic rail lay against 

door frame securely while in use at pull-up position.

Step 3 

Attach the Stop Rail (3) to both Curved Bars (2), using 

2x  Bolts  (4)  2x  Washers  (6)  2x  Nut  Caps  (5)  and  2x 

Spring Washers (7). Secure the nuts using the Wrench 

Tool (8) 

Minimum Doorway Depth 

3.5"
