starting
1. Too low voltage.
2. Blocked impeller.
3. Burned stator winding.
4. Defective capacitor.
5. Missing phase (3-phase motor)
6. Cable resistance too high.
1. Set the voltage to +- 15% of the nominal value.
2. Remove obstructions.
3. Repair.
4. Replace the capacitor.
5. Check the switch and cable connection, etc
6. Use the correct cable
(Items 3 and 4 must be performed under the guidence of a
dealer or qualified technician).
Pumping a
reduced amount
of water
1. High delivery height.
2. Clogged filter strainer.
3. Worn impeller.
4. Immersion depth too shallow
5. Reversed direction of rotation (3-
phase motor).
1. Reduce the delivery height.
2. Clean the filter strainer.
3. Replace the impeller.
4. Set the immersion depth greater than 0.5m.
5. Swap two phases.
The pump stops
abruptly
1. Switch off or fuse blown.
2. Impeller blocked.
3. Stator winding burnt.
1. Check the power supply, replace the fuse.
2. Turn off power, remove obstructions.
3. Repair (consultation with dealer or technician required)
