No contact between
the riflescope and the
IR Illuminator. Make sure that the IR
Illuminator is well secured
on the riflescope.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASON SOLUTION
The IR Illuminator
is not functioning
(the IR icon is
glowing).
The lens is dirty. Clean the lens as described
in the Maintenance section. The IR spot is not
glowing uniformly.
The IR Illuminator
is out of focus (the
hood fully tightened). Rotate the IR hood to focus
the IR Illuminator.
Set power level to 2 or 3. IR spot is glowing
dimly.
