Connect to the TP OUT socket on the HDBaseT Transmitter via
CAT5e/ CAT6A cable, support bi-directional PoC.

Insert a DC 12V power adapter here, equiped with faulty power
protection, protect the unit from burnt when insertted power
adapter with wrong specification
(not necessary when Tx is connected with power adapter)
