The whisks/dough
hooks aren’t
turning at all or
are turning with
difficulty.
Wrong food preparation.
Switch off and unplug the hand mixer
and check of the following:
- Are the ingredients blocking the
whisks or dough hooks?
- Are the ingredients too hard?
- Are the ingredients too large?
- Is the dough too tough?
The whisks/dough
hooks don’t fit
properly.
The right and left whisk/
dough hook are mixed up.
Reattach the whisks/dough hooks in
the right position.

covered by the warranty applicable to the purchase and sale of consumer goods.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
This document contains the terms and conditions of Prozis warranty for final consumers.
This warranty is valid exclusively for consumers who purchase the product for non-
professional purposes.
WARRANTY PERIOD
Prozis guarantees the product is to remain free from material and production defects for
a 2-year period, counting from the date of initial purchase by a consumer and respective
delivery, or for longer if legally established by the applicable national law.
In the event that repair is required, this 2-year period is suspended during repair time.
CONSUMABLES
The gradual performance decrease caused by prolonged use of the product’s
bowl when the hand mixer is working.
OPERATING TIME
Maximum operating time must not exceed 5 minutes. A minimum 20-minutes rest time
must be held between two complete 5-minute cycles.
FEATURES
1. Auto-lock: You can only eject the whisks or dough hooks if the Speed Control is in the
“0” position.
2. Flexible power cord: The power cord swivels around the base, giving the mixer more
flexibility.
