Charging the supercapacitor with the help of the internal backup battery
If the vehicle´s battery is too weak, the supercapacitor can also be charged via the internal backup
battery:

Press the backup-battery-button (5) for 2 seconds to start the charging process.

The supercapacitor voltage (10) has to be 15 Volts to be able to jump start a vehicle. This
charging method will take up to 4 minutes.

10 seconds after the „JUMP START READY“-message is displayed, the device is ready to jump
start your vehicle.
Charging the supercapacitor with the help of the USB input
The supercapacitor can also be charged with help of an USB charger (not included) or another USB power
source like an USB output of a computer or an USB power-bank.

Connect the USB power source to the micro-USB-charging input (8) of the SC800A

The supercapacitor voltage (10) has to be 15 Volts to be able to jump start a vehicle. This
charging method will take up to 20 minutes.

10 seconds after the „JUMP START READY“-message is displayed, the device is ready to jump
start your vehicle.
