PRECOMP:
Precomp is the read delay circuitry which takes into account the timing
differences between the inner and outer edges of the surface of the disk
platter. The number designates the starting cylinder of the signal.
LANDZ:
Landzone is the landing zone of the heads. This number determines the
cylinder location where the heads will normally park when the system is
shut down.
SIZE (CAPACITY):
This is the formatted capacity of the drive based on the following formula:
(# of heads) X (# of cylinders) X (# of sets) X ( 512bytes/sects)
DRIVE A AND DRIVE B:
This item identifies the type of floppy disk drive A or drive B that have
been installed in the computer. The option are 360KB 5.25 in, 1.2M
5.25 in, 720KB 3.5 in, 1.44M 3.5 in, 2.88MB 3.5 in and None.
VIDEO:
This item selects the type of video adapter used for the primary system
monitor. Although secondary monitors are supported, you don’t have to
select the type in Setup. The available options are

Mono,

VGA/EGA,
p
Color 40, and
q
Color 80.
HALT ON:
This item determines whether the computer will stop when error is detected
during power up. The available options are

No errors,

All errors,
p
All,
But Keyboard,
q
All, but Diskette, and
r
All, But Disk/Key.
