III.
Data Hold Function
A. Press and hold the HOLD button until HLD appears on the display next to the
relative humidity indicator.
1. The current reading is now being held and will not change until hold function
is canceled.
B. Press the
Reset
(RST) button to cancel the Hold function.
C. Hold function can be used for Temperature and Humidity.
IV.
Auto Power Off Feature
A. Unit will turn off after 20 minutes. (Sleep Mode)
1. To override the Auto Power Off function (Non-Sleep Mode) press the
ON/OFF button and the MN/MX button simultaneously.
2. After the full display appears, release the ON/OFF button, the display will
show “n” in the center of the display. When “n” appears, release the MN/MX
button.
3. Unit will now be in the Non-Sleep Model

Lo Battery Indicator
A. Lo-Battery indication is signaled by the entire display flashing.
1. This is the signal to replace batteries at once.
2. Failure to replace batteries will have an effect on the accuracy of the readings
received from the Hygro-thermometer.
NOTE:
Remember Low Batteries will tend to give inaccurate
readings. Make sure you have good batteries at all times.
CAUTION!
DO NOT IMMERSE PROBE INTO LIQUIDS. IMMERSING IN
LIQUIDS WILL CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE
SENSOR!
