Instructions 
1)  Remove plastic nut 

from spigot. 

2)  Remove one rubber 

washer from spigot. 

3)  Place threaded stem 

through spigot hole in 
the bottom container. 

4)  Reinstall rubber washer. 
5)  Reinstall plastic nut.
