You moved or you moved your
arm during measurement.
Make sure you do not
move.
Error code 3 (E3)
appears on the display
The armlet is not connected
properly to the device.
Check if the armlet is
connected properly to the
device.
Error code 4 (E4)
appears on the display
The device does not measure.
Due to a very weak or
irregular heartbeat, the
device has difficulties to
determine your blood
pressure.
If this error code
appears more often, we
recommend consulting
your physician to be on
the safe side.
An error occurred during
measurement.
Make sure you do not
move and put the armlet
on again.
Error code 5 (E5)
appears on the display
The armlet is overinflated.
If the measured value is
higher than 300 mmHg,
we recommend consulting
your physician to be on
the safe side.
Error code 6 (E6)
appears on the display
The batteries are too low.
Replace the batteries with
new ones.
The device keeps
starting the inflating
process.
Switching is blocked.
Take the batteries out and
insert them again to reset
the device.
If the fault cannot be rectified, contact the manufacturer before you try to repair the
device yourself.
