Connecting the receiver

Turn the camera and receiver off.

Mount the receiver on the hot shoe of the camera. Turn the locking ring of the receiver to
firmly fix the receiver in place taking care to not over tighten which could cause damage to
the receiver or the camera.

Remove the remote socket cover from the camera.

Insert the connector from the camera release cable into the remote socket of camera.

Insert the input plug of the camera release cable into the camera release cable socket of the
receiver.

Turn the camera and receiver ON.

Use the channel increase or reduce button to select the channel matching the transmitter.

Program the desired functions of the remote.

After programming, press the stop/start button of the transmitter to send the data to the
receiver and start the timer.
NOTE: Always be sure the power on the remote and the power on your camera are switched OFF
before connecting or disconnecting the receiver. Also be sure to loosen the locking ring completely to
avoid damage to your camera or the receiver when removing the receiver from the camera.
