Cleaning the Vacuum Brushroll -
1.
Power off the unit and remove the vacuum brush attachment.
2.
Turn the vacuum brush attachment upside down as shown in the image below.
3.
With a flat head screw driver turn the release screw and remove the bottom plate.

Pull the brushroll out.
5.
Disengage the belt and remove the brushroll from the Vacuum Brush and clean the brushroll
and surrounding area. Especially take care to remove any hair or string from this area and the
end of the brushroll.
Troubleshooting-
Waxing/polishing/scrubbing nozzle does not rotate – Make sure cord is plugged into live outlet, power
button is turned on and handle is released to angle as shown in this manual. If still does not turn on
check for reset switch on the unit to be pressed.
Sharp friction sound during waxing – Debris is in the cleaning pads (which can cause scratching on
certain surfaces). Stop unit, unplug from wall, and clean pads.
During waxing/polishing/scrubbing nozzle mode unit turns off - Motor is being over worked. Change
brushes to least resistant brush type (Cloth Polishing Lint Pad has least resistance), or remove one
cleaning disc or quit cleaning surface that causes motor to over heat.
Suction decreases – Clear hose of any clogs. Unsnap hose and clean hose out where it enters the back
of the vacuum.
