TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
Air/Q 565 airflow switch not work-
ing
Set program to 24/7 and increase dif-
fusion rate by pressing the + button to
level 50.
Make sure furnace blower is operating
Verify that the airflow switch is correctly
located on the blowing side of the fur-
nace, and not on the return air section.
Verify that the airflow switch sensor
tube is pointing against the direction of
the airflow
Disconnect and join the 2 spade
connectors on the air switch cable to
confirm integrity of airflow switch cable.
This will be confirmed by the pump
inside Air/Q 565 running (light appliance
vibrations) or pluming.
Air/Q 565 does not restart automati-
cally after a power loss
Verify the protective yellow tab has
been removed.
Verify that the battery is positioned in-
side the slot at bottom of appliance with
its positive “+ “side facing the wall.
Replace the program back up battery
Air/Q 565 does not save current
time and program
