Electrode cleaning circuit
(ECC)
The electrode cleaning circuit (ECC) function has been developed to have a solution
for applications where magnetite (Fe
3
O
4
) deposits frequently occur (e.g. hot
water). Since magnetite is highly conductive this build up leads to measuring errors
and ultimately to the loss of signal. The option is designed to AVOID build up of
highly conductive matter and thin layers (typically magnetite).
