SPX exercise bike. Cycling is an effective exercise 
for increasing cardiovascular fitness, building endur-
ance, and toning the body. The 590 SPX exercise bike 
provides a selection of features designed to make your 
workouts at home more effective and enjoyable.

For your benefit, read this manual carefully before 
you use the exercise bike.
