The Profoon TX-537 is designed for
use on the ‘public switched telephone
networks (analogue single-line)’ of
telephone- and cable-companies ins-
ide the EU.
Each country and/or provider might
require a different telephoneplug.
The Profoon TX-537 complies with
the essential requirements and provi-
sions as described in the European
Directive 1999/5/EC.

INSTALLATION
WALL MOUNT:
Drill two holes in the wall with a dis-
tance of 4.2 cm and insert two
screws.
Attach the wallmountplate to the base
and hang the unit on the wall
TELEPHONECORD & HANDSET-
CORD:
1. connect the handset with the base
2. connect the telephonecord to the
bottomside of the telephone; push
the connector till you hear a click
3. plug the telephone plug into your
telephone outlet
HOW TO USE
INCOMING CALL:
Use the ringerswitch on the bottoms-
ide of the telephone to set the ringer-
volume into HI or LOW. Lift the hand-
set and start the conversation.
OUTGOING CALL:
Lift the handset. Wait for the dial tone
and key-in the desired telephone
number. Replace the handset when
the conversation is over.
REDIAL:
In case the person you were calling
was busy or you want to dial the last
dialed number again, this number is
stored in memory:
1. pick up the handset and wait for
the dialtone
2. press the button ; the last
dialed number will be redialed
This number can be as long as 32
digits.
