Operation
1. Place the container with the ingredients on a
lat surface.
2. Make sure the switch (1) is at the “
0
” posi
-
tion and the appliance disconnected from the
mains.
3. Attach all accessories.
4. Connect the appliance to a properly installed
earthed socket.
5. Immerse the itted attachments into the
container with the ingredients. Immerse the
blender stick up to ¾ of its length!
6. When using the dough hooks / beaters, press
the switch (1) to turn on the appliance. Select a
speed setting.
When using the blender stick, set the switch
(1) to the blender stick symbol and press the
TURBO button to turn on the appliance.
CAUTION: Short-term operation
• In speed setting modes 1 to 5, the maximum
operating time of 5 minutes per operating
cycle must not be exceeded.
• In TURBO mode, the maximum operating
time per operating cycle will be reduced to
1 minute.
• Wait at least 1 minute between two operating
cycles.
Ending operation
1. Set the switch to “
0
” position and wait until the
motor has come to a complete stop.
2. Disconnect the plug from the outlet.
3. Detach the accessories from the housing and
clean immediately.
Cleaning
Preliminary cleaning after use
In order to pre-clean the appliance, ill a container
with hot water and use the blender stick as de
-
scribed under “Operation”.
Overall cleaning
WARNING:
• Always remove the power cord before clean
-
ing.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water for
cleaning. It could result in an electric shock or
ire.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive
utensils for cleaning.
• Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning
agents.
