UPDATING THE FIRMWARE
To update the firmware of an Ikusnet2 unit follow these steps:
1.
Make sure your Ikusne2t and the computer to be used for the update are
connected to the same LAN. If your unit has two Ethernet interfaces, the
update operation is always done through the one labeled LAN1

If you do not have a LAN, it is also possible to connect the computer and
the Ikusnet LAN1 port directly through a standard or crossover CAT-5
cable. The Ethernet port on the computer automatically adjusts to the
type of cable.

Make sure the Ikusnet2 LAN1’s (Control) and the PC's IP addresses belong
to the same subnet. If this is not the case and you need to modify
Ikusnet2’s IP address, follow these steps:
