Using a brush, paint the ends of the planks in each of the four corners with wood stabiliser to prevent
cracking and deformation over time.
This product appears white when applied but turns colourless when dry. It takes 2 to 3 hours to dry. Apply
a second coat if temperatures are high or if the product dries too quickly.
Follow the safety instructions printed on the container. Rinse the brush with water after use.

Screw the corner cleats (206) into position. to do this, use a 4 mm wood drill bit to make a hole in the
centre at the ends of the slats, then screw the cleats onto the ends of the slats using countersunk screws
5 x 60 (101). Use 1 screw per slat, that is 10 screws per cleat.

Nail the eight finishing trims (207) to the edges
to the slat walls in each of the four corners of the
TROPIC JUNIOR pool. The finishing trims must be
installed, they prevent deformation of the edges
that can be caused by exposure to sunlight.
