Select a suitable speed from 5,000 to 25,000
rpm using the speed sel/- (10). The
selected speed is shown on the indicator
lights (11).
When you switch the multisander on and
off , it automatically starts at 15,000 rpm,
regardless of what speed you selected last
time.
Best results are achieved by not pressing
hard against the item, but by keeping up
constant RPM. Use high RPM for small tools
and lower RPM for large tools. Use low RPM
for polishing and working wood and plastic.
Move the multisander steadily and evenly.
Switch off the multisander using the on/off
switch once you have fi nished using it.
If the tool gets stuck, or if the multisander
becomes overloaded, a built-in circuit
breaker automatically switches off the
multisander. This will happen more often
as the battery level reduces. Allow the
multisander to cool down and switch it on
using the on/off button as described above.
If you do not want to have the LED work
light is on during the work, switch off the
multisander, press and hold the on/off
button for at least 3 seconds and then switch
the multisander back on.
Selecting tool
Grindstone
Used for sharpening, grinding, deburring or
removing rust from metal. Use the profi le
best suited for the job.
Engraving bit
Used for fi ne engraving in various materials.
If engraving metal you should choose a low
speed and work as if you were engraving
hard wood. Also work at low speed when
engraving plastic, since the frictional heat
can melt or deform the plastic.
Sanding rollers
Used for sanding, smoothing and forming of
wood and fi bre glass. When the sanding belt
is worn, remove it from the rubber roll and fi t
a new sanding belt.
