Charging
The multisander’s battery is not fully charged
on delivery.
Charge the battery fully before using the
multisander for the fi rst time.
Charging must take place at an ambient
temperature of between 0 and 45 °C.
Plug the charger (13) into a suitable power
socket and insert the charging connector
into the charging socket (17) on the
multisander.
Insert the multisander into the charging
station with the charging terminals (8) facing
downwards.
The indicator lights (9) light up alternately
from left to right while the multisander is
charging. Once all the indicator lights are lit,
the battery is fully charged.
Unplug the charger.
Battery level
During use, the indicator light for battery
level (9) indicates how much power is left in
the battery.

green
The battery is 100%
charged
Lights up
orange
The battery is 50% charged
or the tool is using a lot of
power because it is under
pressure
Lights up
red
The battery is 25% charged
Flashes red
The multisander
automatically switches off
for a short time to protect
the battery,
or the battery is too hot or
cold
Avoid discharging the battery completely.
Recharge the multisander once the indicator
light lights up red.
Replacing the bushing
Press the spindle lock (4) turn the axle until
it locks.
Undo the collar on the bushing (1). If
necessary use the spanner (12).
Unscrew the collar and pull the bushing out.
Insert the new bushing and screw the collar
back on. Lightly tighten the collar by hand.
Do not tighten the collar around the bushing
unless there is a shaft inside the bushing.
Release the spindle lock.
