Preparation Jumbo Travelling Crane to Transport
•
Suck the vacuum-hose lifter together and fasten the block spikes.
(see description lifting hose unit HE)
•
Retract the crane column.
•
Lock the perch plug on the crane boom, that the lifting hose could not fall out of the bar.
•
Remove the perch plug on crane boom, slide the extension of the crane boom and save it again with the
socket pins.
•
Unfasten the connection of the Jumbo and remove it.
•
Save the crane boom with cables.
•
Remove the crane boom.
•
Pull socket plug.
•
Remove crane column.

Transport-Attachment
•
The Jumbo Travelling Crane JWK is transported in four single parts.
•
Lay the base of the JWK to transport and fix it on a palette.
The upright tranportation is not allowed !!!
•
The vacuum-hose lifter can be layed, during the transport into the base of the JWK.
•
Tie up crane boom and crane column although on the palette.
•
Use adequate cables and chains fort he transport.

Interoffice Transport
To lift the Jumbo travelling crane use:
•
a fork liff truck with adequate carrying capacity
•
and the assigned Fork lift sleeves
Warning!
The swinging crane boom could caused accidents and injuries.
The crane column must be down on the ground when transporting the Jumbo-Travelling
Crane JWK.
The crane boom must be retracted when transporting the Jumbo-Travelling
Crane JWK.
Secure the axis of rotation of the crane boom and the hinge in the middle of the crane boom
with socket pins.
