Maintenance
To ensure the correct function, safety and service life of the device the following points must be executed in the
maintenance interval.
Used
only original spare parts
, otherwise the warranty expires.
For all maintenance services the device must be completely shut down!!!

General
General disassemble primary the protecting cap before making
maintenance work.
Unscrew the clamping bolts (see
arrows on
picture 1).

For all maintenance work, especially when the cover hood is taken off, the patrol engine must not be started.

Maintenance work
First inspection after
25 operating hours
●
Control and tighten all screws and connection.
(The implementation is only allowed by an expert).
●
Do not tighten screws which do connect moving parts together completely
(see
arrow on picture 2).
All 50 operating hours
●
Tighten all screws and connection (Take care that the tightening torques according
to the property class of the screws are observed).
●
Check all joints, bolts, guidance’s and gears for correct function, if necessary adjust
or replace it.
●
Do not tighten screws which do connect moving parts together completely
(see
arrow on picture 2).
