RATTLING IS NORMAL - Your heater features
an in-built safety tip-over switch that is loose
inside the appliance. It is normal for this safety
feature to make a rattling sound when moving
the appliance. Once settled and in operation
on a level surface, the rattling sound will not
occur. As a result always place your heater on
a flat even surface prior to use.
