1. Remove the battery cover from the
transmitter.
2. Install 4 AA alkaline batteries into the
transmitter. Be sure each battery cell is
installed in the proper polarity. The polarity
is marked at each cell’s location inside the
transmitter.
3. Slide the battery cover in place.
4. Move the switch to the "ON" position. The LED
will light if the batteries are in good condition
and installed properly.
5. Make sure to turn off the transmitter before
proceeding with the installation of the battery
in the boat.
Charging:
1. Connect the charger to a 12V DC power
source such as an auxiliary power connection
in a vehicle. The red LED light will
fl
ash three
times when power connection is made.
2. Connect the battery to the charger. The LED
will quickly
fl
ash on and off during the fast
charge process. When the red light (LED)
stops
fl
ashing and is solid "on", the battery is
fully charged and ready for use.
Installing:
1. Carefully lift the magnetic rear deck lid to
expose the battery compartment.
2. Install a fully charged 8.4-volt Ni-MH battery
pack into the hull. (Follow the instructions
included with the fast charger to ensure a
safe charge.)
