IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
INSTALLATION
•
The transceiver can be used in three configurations:-
1.
As a transmitter to connect signals from a wired source device to a remote wireless
equipped receiving device such as headphones.
2.
As a receiving device to connect signals from a remote mobile wireless device to
wired destination equipment such as a Hi-Fi.
3.
When used with a second transceiver unit, as a wireless connection between a
non wireless equipped wired source device, and a non wireless equipped wired
destination device.
•
The red transmit/receive LED flashes slowly when the battery is getting low.
•
The red LED illuminates during charging and extinguishes when the battery is fully
charged.
Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference.
Transmitting mode
•
Connect one of the supplied connection cables (as required) into the ‘Transmit’ jack
and the other end to the source equipment output sockets.
•
Power on the transceiver by pressing and holding the main button for approx 3
seconds.
•
The red ‘transmit’ LED illuminates.
•
The blue LED will flash rapidly to indicate it is in pairing mode.
On the source equipment search for RT-B6 and pair the devices
•
Once connected the blue LED will flash slowly.
•
When using electrical appliances basic safety precautions should always be followed.
•
Do not expose the units to moisture or dust and excessive temperatures.
•
Before use for the first time, fully charge the internal battery using the supplied micro
USB cable powered from a mains adaptor or other USB 5VDC source.
