4. Remove the metal pull-tab seal from the grease cartridge.
5. Screw the grease gun head onto the barrel stopping 2-3 turns before
the head is fully tight.
6. Prime the grease gun by following the steps in the section
Priming
the Grease Gun
below.
7. Once all the air bubbles are removed, fully tighten the grease gun head
onto the barrel.
8. Connect the grease gun pipe and coupler onto the grease gun outlet
using a thread sealant to make a seal-proof connection. DO NOT over
tighten as this may fracture the outlet.
BULK LOADING
1. Unscrew the grease gun head (C) from the barrel counter-clockwise.
2. Pull back the plunger rod handle (H) all the way and lock it with the
lock lever (G).
3. Scoop out clean grease from the bulk grease container into the empty
barrel (D).
4. Once the barrel is full, shake it to allow the grease to settle. If additional
space is created in the barrel, add more grease to fill it completely.
5. Screw the grease gun head onto the barrel stopping 2-3 turns before
the head is fully tight.
6. Prime the grease gun by following the steps in the section
Priming the
Grease Gun
below.
7. Once all air bubbles are removed, fully tighten the grease gun head onto
the barrel.
8. Connect the grease gun pipe and coupler onto the grease gun outlet
using a thread sealant to make a seal-proof connection. DO NOT over

SUCTION LOADING
1. Unscrew the grease gun head (C) from the barrel counter clockwise.
2. Insert the open end of the barrel about 2 in. (50 mm) deep into the
grease bucket.
3. Slowly pull back the plunger rod handle (H) to draw grease into the
empty barrel (D). Lock the plunger rod with the lock lever (G).
