PREPARING A NUTRIBLAST
Congratulations on purchasing your NutriBullet – the super-food nutrient extractor!
We are pleased that you've found your way to optimum health and vitality.
We want your first experiences with your new NutriBullet to be magnificent. That's
why we would like to point out that it is important never to fill the container beyond
the MAX line.
Just follow the five simple steps listed on the right to prepare a delicious and healthy
NutriBlast.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your NutriBullet's rotational movement means that it is essential to use liquids
when preparing NutriBlasts and other nutritional drinks. It has not been designed
for use as an ice crusher without liquid. We recommend that you use frozen fruit
and chilled liquids to make deliciously cold NutriBlast drinks. Alternatively, you
may also add crushed ice to a total of 25% of the entire volume of the container and
then fill it with water or other liquid up to the MAX line. Never crush ice or other
hard ingredients without liquid as repeated use in this way may damage the blades.
Each time before you use the appliance, make sure that the blades are in order.
Basic NutriBullet recipe:
1. Half fill the container (up to half the MAX line) with leafy vegetables (spinach,
green cabbage, romaine lettuce, chard, wild cabbage, etc.).
2. Fill the remaining half with raw fruit* and vegetables.
3. Add up to 1/4 cup of nutritious “boosts”. These include such super-foods as goji
berries, nuts and seeds. Please refer to Page 37 of your operating instructions for
a full list of boosts.
4. Add water up to the MAX line.
5. Twist and close the blade attachment, extract all ingredients in your NutriBullet
and enjoy your NutriBlast smoothie.
*Please see Page 40 of your operating instructions to familiarise yourself with the
list of seeds to be avoided.
