Pneumatic Paint Can Shaker
LUBRICATION
It is very important that the tool be properly lubricated. Without proper lubrication, the
tool will not work properly and parts will wear prematurely.
NOTE:
Oiling your air tool regularly is important, but also is important not to OVER
oil your air tool. Over oiling can cause premature tool failure. Your tool may not be
ruined, but it will begin to experience loss of power that will continually get worse until
it no longer works. The tool then has to be taken apart and cleaned of excess oil.
WARNING! NEVER use penetrating oils to clean or lubricate your tool. Penetrating oil is
a solvent that will break down the internal grease and cause the tool to seize up.
LUBRICATING THE PAINT SHAKER
1. Disconnect the Pneumatic Paint Shaker from the air supply.
2. Locate the Oil Device (53). There is a plug and a small screw on the Oiler that
must be removed. Using a small funnel, pour air tool oil into the fill hole until
the oiler is full. Replace the Fill Screw and plug.
3. Connect the Pneumatic Paint Shaker to the Oil Device (53). The oiler will
automatically spray a very small amount of oil into the Paint Shaker as you use
it. Make sure you keep oil in the Oil Device (53) to avoid damaging the
Paint Shaker.
DISPOSING OF THE TOOL
If your tool has become damaged beyond repair, do not throw it away. Bring it to the
appropriate recycling facility.
