2. Press the 

ENTER BUTTON

 twice and the 

FUNC-

 will read 

PrA-COOK TEMP

 and the

TIME DISPLAY

 will show your current cook tem-

perature.

3. Press either the 

SCAN UP

 or 

SCAN DOWN BUT-

TON

 to adjust the set point temperature. 

Note:

 The

set point temperature should be the same as the

temperature set on the fryer.

4. Press the 

ENTER BUTTON

 to store the new

temperature, 

PrA-CAL (00)

 will appear in the

FUNCTION DISPLAY

 and the probe temperature in

the 

TIME DISPLAY

.

5. Use a thermometer to measure the actual fryer

temperature.

6. Press either the 

SCAN UP

 or 

SCAN DOWN BUT-

TON

 to change the offset value so that the tempera-

ture in the 

TIME DISPLAY

 equals the actual fryer

temperature.

7. Press the 

ENTER BUTTON

 to store the changes.

8. Press the 

PRINCE CASTLE LOGO BUTTON

return to the main programming menu. Press the

SCAN UP
