WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The manufacturer is constantly striving to always guarantee the best
possible product, however, in the unforeseen event of a manufacturing
defect, please take note of the warranty clauses.
The company guarantees the product, with the exception of elements
subject to normal wear (see exclusions and limitations), for a duration of 2
(two) years from the date of purchase.
In the event of a manifestation of defect, the buyer can take advantage of
the guarantee, provided that:
There is a documentary proof (invoice and / or receipt) that shows the name
of the seller and the date on which the sale was made
The products have been installed in a workmanlike manner and in
compliance with the laws and regulations in force in the area and the
indications given in the "Installation, use and maintenance guide"
The appliance is installed by qualified personnel, who will assume full
responsibility for the definitive installation and consequent good functioning
of the product by filling in the "TESTING SHEET - FIRST IGNITION"
attached to the "Installation, use and maintenance manual".
In the cases provided, a declaration of conformity of the system and of good
product operation has been issued to the user.
It is suggested to carry out the functional testing of the product before
completing it with the relative finishes, when required (coatings, painting on
the walls, etc.).
Installations that do not comply with current regulations invalidate the
product warranty, as well as improper use and lack of maintenance as
provided by the manufacturer.
The warranty is effective on the condition that the indications and warnings
contained in the use and maintenance manual accompanying the appliance
are observed, so as to allow the most correct use.
Failure to perform the annual maintenance of the stove, by an authorized
technician or by qualified personnel, leads to the loss of the guarantee.
It is recommended to carefully check the goods upon receipt, promptly
notifying the dealer or the manufacturer of any anomalies.
Any damage caused by transport or handling is not covered by the
warranty.
The replacement of the entire appliance or the repair of a component part of
it does not extend the duration of the warranty which remains unchanged.
Warranty benefits
The warranty technical assistance intervention implies, in the
unquestionable judgment of the manufacturer, the repair or replacement of
the defective parts due to defects in material or construction.
