Prima Home Bakery

 is not confined to wheat or yeast based bread.  As mentioned 

earlier wheat – oats – rye and barley all contain 

GLUTEN

 and many people are 

intolerant to these flours. 

 

We would like to thank

Barbara’s Kitchen will try to adjust all the recipes for your own particular intolerance 

and can supply you with Xanathan gum, white rice/tapioca starch/potato starch flours 

if necessary.
