7 INSTALLING THE FAUCET USING DECKPLATE
Insert the faucet supply tubes (

) and Hose (

) through the optional deck plate
(

). From underneath the sink, place large rubber gasket (

), lockwasher (

and large brass nut (

) over supply tubes (
7A
) and hose (
7B
). Thread loosely
onto faucet shank (

). Align the faucet, making sure that the spout and handle
swing equally in both directions. Tighten faucet firmly to sink.
Note: Do not remove thin protective plastic bag (

).
8 SINGLE POST MOUNT INSTALLATION
(Do not use optional deck plate, plastic bottom plate, screws, or wing nuts.)
Insert tubes (

) through center hole of sink. From underneath
the sink, place large rubber gasket (

), lockwasher (

) and large brass nut

) over supply tubes (

) and hose (
8B
). Thread loosely onto faucet shank

). Align the faucet, making sure that the spout and handle swing equally in
both directions. Tighten faucet firmly to sink.

9 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS
Gently separate hot and cold Faucet Inlets (

), approximately three inches apart
(See figure 15). Connect water Supply Lines (
9B
) to Faucet Inlets (
9A
). Hot water
supply line goes to hot inlet fitting indicated by red tag (
9C
). (Supply lines not
included). Follow manufacturer’s instructions when installing supply lines.
10 ATTACHING HOSE
Remove the tape from hose end (

). Be sure washer (
10B
) stays on small end
of hose (
10C
). From below sink, hold hose end (
10C
) with a 9/16” wrench and
tighten tube coupling (
10D
) with another 9/16” wrench. Do not twist Hose!
11 UNIT START UP
Turn on hot and cold water supplies, and check for leaks above and below
the sink.
