Anyone suffering from acne or any skin disorder should consult physician
before using this product. Do not use on sore or injured areas.
2. Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in the Use
Manual.
3. When using with skin care treatments avoid contact with eyes. As with

4. Do not use attachments not recommended by manufacturer.
5. Do not leave unit on when not in use.
6. Do not apply extreme pressure when using unit or when replacing
attachments. This could damage product. The attachments are delicate
and must be attached and removed with care. Not following operating
instructions carefully may result in damage to the SonicPulse unit and
attachments.
7. Basic safety precautions should always be followed when using any
electrical product, especially when children are present.
8. Never operate the SonicPulse Charger if it has a damaged cord or plug, if
it is not working properly, or has been dropped into water.
9. Do not place or store the cradle and charging cord unit where it can fall
or be pulled into tub, sink, water or other liquid.
10. Do not reach for cradle or charger cord unit that has fallen into water,
unplug immediately.
11. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces
12. Do not attempt to open the Brush Handle to clean the interior.
13. Do not plug into an incorrect voltage source outlet, use only with
appropriate voltage
Limited 90 Day Warranty
Warranted from date of purchase against defects in material and workman-
ship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of
misuse or accident. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply
to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights, which vary, from state to state. Pretika Corporation shall not be
liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in
this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.
During Warranty Period with Proof of Purchase

Should your product become defective during the warranty period, package
the item securely and return it prepaid/insured – along with proof of purchase

To insure prompt repair, provide complete, legible name, address and phone
number information and a note indicating the nature of the product defect.
We will Repair or Replace (at our sole discretion) product at no charge.
Outside Warranty Period
Should your product become defective outside the warranty period – or you
do not have store receipt, package the item securely and return it
prepaid/insured along with a check or money order payable to Pretika
Corporation in the amount of $40.00 to cover replacement and return
postage charges.
