12. Remove the nine screws from the bottom of the main unit.

NOTE: When reassembling, please secure the screws in the sequence as shown above.

13. Remove the other one screw as shown.

14. Detach the upper case from the main unit gently.

15. Disconnect the microphone cable from the main board to remove the upper case.
