Filling with a grease cartridge acc. to DIN 1284
Attention!
Do not disassemble the grease gun unless having released the pressure before.
Before disconnecting the grease gun head from the grease gun tube release the pressure
utilizing the ventilation valve on the manual air supply pump, to ensure, that the grease gun
tube is pressure-less.
Extract the empty cartridge from the grease gun.
Remove the end cap from a new grease cartridge and insert the
grease plunger into the cartridge.
Insert the pull-out chain on top of the grease plunger.
Insert the proper equipped grease cartridge into the grease gun tube
utilizing the ventilating valve on the manual air supply pump
simultaneously.
Remove the „pull-off“ cap from the cartridge and connect the grease
gun head onto the grease gun tube.

Filling with a screw-in cartridge
Attention!
Do not disassemble the grease gun unless having released the pressure before.
Before disconnecting the grease gun head from the grease gun tube release the pressure
utilizing the ventilation valve on the manual air supply pump, to ensure, that the grease gun
tube is pressure-less.
Extract the empty cartridge from the grease gun.
Screw special adapter (Pressol article no. 12091) into the grease
gun head.
