10. Slowly turn the n atural gas valve ¼ turn at a time and ha ve the valve all
the wa y o p e n.
11. With the lid o p en:
For grill with ignitio n b ut to n: O N LY turn o n O N E fro nt b urner control kno b to
the H IG H p ositio n. Ignite the grill by pushing the ignitio n b ut to n.
For grill with an auto m atic ignitio n: Push down th e co ntro l knob you want
light, turn co unter- cl o ck wise until you he ar th e ignitio n click.
12. A f ter th e first fro nt b urner is lit, turn o n th e other control kno b (s) to the H IG H
p ositio n. If you ha ve more th an t wo b urners, O N LY turn th em o n O N E AT A
TIM E.
13. Wh en all fro nt b urners are lit, clos e the grill lid.
14. Wait fo r 10 -15 minutes, th e temp erature sho uld re ach 40 0 °F-450° F
(204°C-232°C).
